Corporate Team Building at Atlantis Dunes
Quad Biking Cape Town guiding team · Updated 2026-08-04
A quad session works as team building because it flattens hierarchy quickly — seniority is irrelevant on a dune face. The organisational challenge is timing, not riding.

How large groups are structured
Groups run in units of six riders with one guide each, with departures staggered so that no unit is standing idle. While one group rides, the next is being briefed and fitted. For a team of thirty, that typically means five units cycling through a morning.
Planning the day
Send us the headcount, the date and your arrival window and we will build a rotation. Add transport if your team is coming from one office — a single coach removes the biggest source of delay, which is people arriving in ten separate cars.
- Confirm headcount at least a week ahead for permits
- Brief your team on closed shoes and long trousers
- Budget the reserve permit per person, including non-riders
- Allow a full morning or afternoon, not ninety minutes
What to tell your team
Set expectations honestly: this is an outdoor adventure activity in a conservation area, with real safety rules and an indemnity to sign. Anyone with a relevant medical condition should tell the organiser in advance, discreetly, so we can plan rather than improvise on the day.
Next step
Prices always include the compulsory reserve permit as a separate line, so the total you see is the total you pay.
