What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, rider numbers, pickup area where relevant, and any message or rider ages you choose to share.

Where a ride goes ahead, we also collect the signed indemnity and any medical information you volunteer so that guides can keep you safe.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange reserve permits, to confirm and run your booking, and to contact you about changes such as weather cancellations.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the nature reserve for permit issuing, and with transfer providers where you have booked transfers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Enquiry emails are delivered through our email infrastructure provider and stored in our booking inbox.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics events never include your name, email address or phone number. You can block analytics with any standard browser or extension setting without affecting the booking form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to twelve months. Booking and indemnity records are kept for the period required for insurance and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email our booking address and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every such email carries a working unsubscribe link.
